Memberships Terms and Conditions

Principle terms

1. This agreement commences once you have completed your online membership application and direct debit agreement.

2. You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges set for the type of membership chosen.

3. You cannot transfer this agreement to anyone else.


Direct Debit fees and charges

1. Your first months membership fees are collected from us by direct debit approximately 3-5 working days from your membership application date.

2. For those with “Gym only” or “Full membership” plans, there is a one off payment of £10 for your access key fob, payable at your gym health and safety induction either by cash or bank transfer. 

3. If any direct debit is returned unpaid or if any other form of payment is not honoured we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your membership until balance is paid.

4. You agree to advise us immediately of any change to the membership details provided on your application.


Direct Debit prices

1. From time to time we may need to increase the price of memberships. We will give you at least 1 full months notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase. During this period, you will have your usual right to terminate your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with our notice. 


Termination

1. To terminate your membership we require at least 1 full months notice from your payment date in writing via one of our social media sites (Facebook or instagram). 


General Terms and conditions

Miscellaneous terms

1. Gym users must be 18 years or older.

2. Fitness class participants must be 13 years and above.

3. There may be occasions where we have to close all, or part of, the gym of which you are a member. We will do our best to let you know of such closures in advance, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. 

4. There is a class minimum of 4 participants for us to run each class. Any less will resort in this class being cancelled. For those booking classes, we have a 2 hour cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel out with this time frame you must contact us asap through one of our social media sites (Facebook or Instagram). All “pay as you go” class participants who cancel with shorter notice than the 2 hour period will not receive a refund for that class.
